Registration Forms • Miscellaneous -Application Deadline: Friday, August 1, 2014 (first-come, first-served basis) - Method of Payment: Pay 50% of the total amount within 10 days of submitting the order form, and pay the remaining balance (50%) by Saturday, August 9 * You may remit the total amount at once within 10 days of submitting the form, if desired. * Bank Account: Shinhan Bank(Donggyo-Dong, Seoul) / 140-001-994880 (Swift code: SHBKKRSE) / Korea Institute of Patent Information - Sponsorships will be on a first-come first-served basis with Platinum sponsorship limited to 1, Diamond to 2, and with no limit on the number of sponsors for Gold and Silver sponsorships. - Companies which are not granted their desired level of sponsorship will be given priority for the next highest level of sponsorship available. • On behalf of my company, I am requesting to participate in the PATINEX 2014 sponsorship program and agree to pay the total amount in full.

  21. 5. Guide PATINEX 2014 Workshop Guide • PATINEX 2014 offers the opportunity for IP related organizations and companies to host workshops to promote their IP information services and products. A total of 8 workshops are to be held and 4 workshops will be run simultaneously. Please refer to the guidelines below for details. We will notify the participants individually about approval after reviewing the workshop theme. We hope that many interested agencies and companies will participate. • * All are welcome to hold a workshop whether you exhibit or sponsor PATINEX 2014. • * Platinum and Diamond Sponsors have the opportunity to host a workshop for free and • Gold sponsors may host a workshop at a 50% discount from the regular price. • Visiting the workshop is free for the conference attendees.   23. 5. Guide PATINEX 2014 Solution Update • PATINEX 2014 plans to hold a Solution Update session which will offer promotional opportunities through various services and products for the business. Please refer to guidelines below for details. We hope that many interested agencies and companies participate. • Presentation Fee : $1,650 • Presentation Time: 10 minutes/presentation (No Q&A session) • Place: Dubeh Hall (Level 7) • Application Deadline: Friday, August 1, 2014 • * There are limited number of slots available and sponsors have priority in holding Solution Update. • Equipment available : • - Projector, screen, wireless microphone • - Simultaneous interpretation • - Company description on PATINEX official website and conference book • ※ Presentation Materials Submission Deadline • : Friday, August 1, 2014, via E-mail: patinex2014@innoval.co.kr • Complete and Submit an application form.
