(Art.40 of Customs Act.): • Customsenforcementon a nationalscale • The levy and collection of duties and other taxes and charges payable at customs clearance • Control of importation, transit and exportation of goods to and from the country and of journeys and transport of vessels and people to and from the country • Assistance to the Minister of Finance in customs matters • Analysis in respect of risk management for customs control
