  1. College Democrats of North Carolina is state federation made up of over 30 chapters. • We are an official branch of the College Democrats of America and one of the youth branches of the Democratic National Committee.  • We work towards promoting Democratic ideals, candidates, and events with young people all over the state. 

  2. The College Democrats of North Carolina hope to establish open lines of communication between universities, colleges, students, elected officials, and community leaders that will allow the party another strong youth turn out in the upcoming election cycles.

  3. In the 2008 election, North Carolina had the highest youth vote margin for President Obama in the nation. The College Democrats of North Carolina are looking forward to turning out the youth again in 2012 in support of our state and local progressive candidates

  4. College Democrats of North Carolina has held numerous successful fundraisers throughout the state in cities like Greensboro such as our Annual Holiday Reception. We have also had campaign invasions in cities like Raleigh and Asheville in which we help out in local elections.
