Step 3b: Processing via the Winqual Submission Center • Legal and signing requirements • Must have a VeriSign ID • Must sign legal agreements at the time of your submission • Company administrator can approve additional accounts • Most submissions are processed within an hour • Download a signed catalog file • Download the artwork • Take advantage of the Logo • Distribute your driver via Windows Update • Make sure your product appears on Windows Marketplace and in the HCL • Download artwork
