Elephant Toothpaste. What do we need?. 16 oz. empty plastic water bottle ½ cup 20-volume hydrogen peroxide Squirt of dish detergent 3-4 drops of food coloring 1 teaspoon yeast dissolved in 2 tablespoons very warm water Funnel for each group Foil pan Lab goggles & smock 1 popsicle stick.

Put the funnel in the empty bottle 2. Add 3-4 drops of food coloring (YOUR CHOICE OF COLOR) to the peroxide and pour it in the funnel. 3. Add a squirt of the Dawn detergent to the peroxide in the bottle.
