Main Changes Since Last IETF (version 06) • Section 3: terminology tweaking • packet stream, report stream, composite selector • Section 3.9: new architectural diagram • Section 5.3: selection rate -> selection fraction • fraction of packets selected • target selection rate -> configured selection fraction • based on parameter settings • attained selection rate -> attained selection fraction • actual fraction selected • Section 8.4: on export compression (moved from Section 6) • Section 11: some rewording of application descriptions • Section 16: updated intellectual property statements
