  3. Enter the requested information in each textbox to change your password. Click here to submit the password change.

  4. Click here to submit and confirm the password change.

  5. Once the password change is complete the system will return to the Application Status page, or main screen.

You are now ready to access the PV PATH system. You may refer to the Applicant Tutorial at any time while you using the system by clicking Applicant Tutorial on your left menu of each page.
