Mengeja dan menyalin tulisan bahasa Inggris sangat sederhana dalam konteks kelas. • BASIC COMPETENCE Mengeja ujaran bahasa Inggris sangat sederhana secara tepat dan berterima dengan tanda baca yang benar yang melibatkan: kata, frasa, dan kalimat sangat sederhana. • INDICATOR : Students spell a new word every week. Students write a self introduction dialogue using correct expression and punctuation. • ALLOCATED TIME: 2 x 40 minutes (1 meeting) • CYCLE : written cycle • LEARNING OBJECTIVES At the end of the course, students should be able to spell and write simple English utterances which involve words, phrase, and very simple sentences using the right expressions and punctuation.

  3. MEETING A NEW FRIEND • When meeting someone formally for the first time, we shake their hand and say "How do you do?" or "Pleased to meet you." • "How do you do?" isn't really a question, it just means "Hello".

  4. MEETING A NEW FRIEND • When young people meet informally they sometimes say "Give me five!" and slap their hands together (high five). • Generally we do not shake hands with people we do not know well.
