Halliburton Fleet Sizing Project • Increase asset utilization and efficiency • By determining an optimal configuration of production enhancement equipment at camps for a given set of potential jobs • How many numbers of each equipment type needed • What will be the economic impact • Develop a working tool to optimize the type of equipment that should be deployed to different production enhancement camps across the company
Problem Description • Oilfield Production Enhancement Services serves a number of wells each year from each of their camps • Each camp must serve all demand while minimizing total annual fleet charges • Scope - fleet of equipment consisting of pumps, blenders, pre-blenders, mountain movers, and associated tractors and personnel • All other equipment and personnel remain unchanged
