  3. IPAC’19 abstracts • Abstract deadline Wed Dec 5 2018 • About three weeks from now • Gather, distribute, coordinate abstracts before submission • Todd will work with Tristan to coordinate this for group • Time is shorter than we think with Thanksgiving week/break

Travel since last group meeting • Oct 11-20: Andrew (CERN) • DIRGEN: HL-LHC collaboration meet, transverse deflector invited talk • Oct 19-24: He (Key West, FL) • ACCTVL: ICAP’13 invited talk, FMM for Multiparticle Simulations • Oct 29-Nov 1: • JLEIC collaboration meet • ERL mini-workshop (JLab) • Nov 13-14: EIC PI exchange meeting (DC)

Approved Upcoming Travel • Dates TBD: Kevin, Yuhong, Amy (IMP) – DOE approval recently acquired • JLECIE: Bunched beam cooling experiment run (with Haipeng, Christiana) • Nov 29-30: Vasiliy (Temple, Philadelphia) • MEPCDE: Inaugural meeting of EIC polarimetry working group • Nov 27-Dec 7: Todd (Caen, France and Capetown, South Africa) • ACCTVL: IPAC’20 SPC/OC meeting and JACoW Annual Team Meeting
