Are you a dart throwing monkey? Find out with this Industrial Hygiene Data Interpretation Game (IHDIG) that you can download on your smartphone or tablet PC? This game illustrates the need for industrial hygienists to use statistical tools every time they interpret sampling data. The IH DIG is a fun app to help Exposure Assessors train their unconscious data interpretation algorithms to better match a Bayesian Likelihood analysis. • IH DIG for iPad- http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ih-dig-for-ipad/id433825032?mt=8- Or search from your iPad or in iTunes • IH DIG for iPhone - http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/ih-dig/id433823028?mt=8- Or search from your iPhone/iPod or in iTunes • IH DIG for Android - https://market.android.com/details?id=com.noblecanary.ihdig- Or search from your phone/tablet

Value Strategy • The goal of the Value Strategy Project was to illustrate the “business case” for IH programs and activities. • To accomplish this goal, a multiphase research project was funded to develop and test a strategy that enables IH professionals to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the business value of IH activities and programs. • An IH value proposition can be generated, which is the sum total of benefits that industrial hygienists will return to customers for their investments. In making the value proposition, industrial hygienists demonstrate to the stakeholders of a business that investing in an occupational hygiene program or hazard control measures will provide a return on that investment in the form of financial or other benefits (see Excel Spreadsheet).
AIHA's IH Calculator App • AIHA's new mobile app, IH Calculator LITE, is a free, interactive calculator that aids industrial hygienists in performing occupational health and safety calculations quickly and efficiently. A tab is also included for simple conversions including distance, mass, temperature, and more.
AIHA's IH Calculator App • The Android version will be ready in late December. • If you have suggestions for improvements or other apps, let us know.
