Jeremy Collymore, the Executive Director of the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA), discusses the strategic triangle of legitimate, politically sustainable, operationally feasible, and administratively valuable DRM policies. The analysis provides a new lens to address old problems and identifies consequential key activities for improving disaster resilience in the region.
