  2. What is the skeletal system? • Bone cartilage tissue teeth tendons ligaments are all part of the skeletal system. • Note that the teeth are part of the skeletal system but are not bone.

  3. How does the skeletal system help us • Our bones provide us with a ridge structure and the ability to stand up rite. • Without bones we would all be giant piles of galantines gewrolling around.

  4. Protection • The skeletal system not only supports • but it protects out organs. • The lungs, heart, brain, and spinal chord are a few of the organs that are protected. • It protects from bumps and bangs from every day activates.

  5. Different number of bones • Adults have 206 bones in their body but infants have 350. so why is this? • Infants bone haven't had the chance to morph together into its adult form. • The piece's of a baby’s skull haven't formed fully because it needs to have some flex to it for delivery.

  6. Skeletal diseases • Osteoporosis is a diseases that causes you to lose bone tissue. • Brusitis is a disease thatmakes you have pain in your Joints • Osteoporosis is a diseases that causes you to lose bone tissue. • Brusitis is a diseasethatmakes youhavepainin your Joints

  7. Leukemia • Leukemia • The cause of most human leukemia is unknown. It is a kind of cancer in which abnormal white blood cells multiply in an uncontrolled manner. They interfere with the production of normal white blood cells. Leukemia affects the production of red blood cells.
