Join the 2014 Colorado Space Grant Annual Meeting at Community College of Aurora, led by Victor Andersen, faculty in the science department. With the goal of increasing student participation without overwhelming personnel, a version of "Gateway to Space" called EGG 151 - Introduction to Experimental Design (2 credits) was taught. Scholarships were provided to eligible students, resulting in successful outcomes and diverse demographics. The course grant also includes engineering workshops and required coaching and advising.

EGG 151 Outcomes • Flew Spring 2014 Demosat • 1biology, 1 engineering (Solar Panels), 1 chemistry, 1 Instrumentation • All teams presented papers at Student Research Symposium
Demographics • Female 2/11 (18%) • Under Represented Minorities 4/11 (36%)
