Conclusion • Many communities our size are struggling in this economy and looking for opportunities to turn their metrics around – The Sunshine Coast appears to be in the middle of the pack. • In the case of population, construction and real estate the results are negative or low for most of the communities profiled • There are lots of communities to choose from when considering where to retire, invest or relocate for lifestyle
Conclusion At a time when capital and opportunities are scarce………. How do we ensure the Sunshine Coast is the premier choice for responsible growth that will fuel a good economy and an excellent quality of life for all residents?
