The Incident • The District of West Vancouver is conducting a comprehensive examination of park safety in response to a tragic incident at Cypress Falls creek. • In the incident, West Vancouver resident Keen Lau and his dog Loki lost their lives due to drowning. • Natalie Roizman, Community Relations Liasion for the District of West Vancouver, has stated that the examination aims to review all current safety measures across the District's parks and identify areas for improvement. • This presentation will provide an overview of the examination and its goals.
