Machinery operating procedures … Display Warning Signage at the task performed area Keep all the Cleaning tools/ Equipments in the corner (Should not disturb others movement) Check equipment, especially plug & cable for damage If damage or fault found, report to supervisor/ maintenance, label as faulty & do not use until rectified Do not plug in & switch on at socket until machine is ready for use (Do not plug into the UPS socket) Dilute cleaning agent in a bucket of water & transfer it to the machine solution tank Hold cable over the shoulder, keep cable out of solution Faulty
Hold the machine parallel to you(always stand facing the wall/ glass not to the side to prevent damage) To move the Machine towards Right lift the handle slightly up & to move towards left bring it down (do not hold the machine handle firmly) Turn on the Main power Switch & machine power switch for the machine to start Cut in edges to avoid corrugated effect. Work from side to side with overlapping passes Put handle in upright position when not in use. Unplug if left unsupervised Always fold cable from Machine to plug to avoid twisting (use a duster to pull & wind the cord, to avoid injury to your hand) Unplug, remove pad/ pad drive or brush – wash & hang to dry If solution tank fitted empty & check valve, check as required Wipe machine & cable clean with damp cloth (keep the solution tank open for air circulation) Do not store machine with pad/ pad drive or brush fitted
Vacuum machine handling procedure . . Display Warning Signage Check equipment, especially plug & cable for damage If damage or fault found, report to supervisor/ maintenance, label as faulty & do not use until repaired Select accessories according to the task dry/ wet vacuuming Incase of dry vacuuming, Lift the locking lever, fix dust collector bag, dry filter with carpet accessory Incase of wet vacuuming, Lift the locking lever, fix wet filter & wet nozzle (remove dust collector bag, dry filter & carpet accessory) Connect the suction nozzle, tube & hose Always start vacuuming from inside to outside Place the unit behind you & hold the extension pipe & turn it to right when moving front & left while coming reverse Do not plug in & switch on at socket until machine is ready for use (Do not plug into the UPS socket) Turn on the power switch/ main switch, start vacuuming (while vacuuming the cornet disconnect the front attachment & suck the dust with the help of extension pipe) Faulty
Once the task is completed (hold the nozzle up for the left over dust to go back to the drum) Switch off appliance & unplug Remove the warning signage. Take the machine to the store & lift the locking lever & remove the hood unit/ filter Carry the filter & empty it (do not clean the filter in Fire detector area, safe to empty it in the open area) Incase of wet vacuuming Check tank has reached maximum level, Switch off appliance & unplug (let the warning signage remain till the area is dry) Carry the tank with tank handle to empty water, lift the locking lever and remove hood unit, Go to the rest room empty the water in the WC & flush it Rinse & clean tank & float/ filter Clean hood unit, tank, main cord & accessories with damp cloth Place the machine back in the store Remove warning signage if the area is dry & place the signage at store .

Do’s&Don'ts for chemical • Where Dilution is recommended, dilution has to be done • Incase it is applied directly it will not be effective • Do not mix 2 different Cleaning agent (chemicals) • Do not Dilute the Cleaning agent for next day usage (It will not be effective) • All klean is a Multi purpose Chemical. It can be used on any Hard Surface (Because its pH value is Neutral) • Always wear Hand Gloves & Mask while using Chemicals • Dilution Method - Transfer Cleaning agent to the measuring jar as shown in the fig. • Add water to Wringer Trolley/ Bucket & then Cleaning agent • Incase if you add Cleaning agent first & then water, Chances of Cleaning • agent Splashing out on Floor/ yourself (Also to avoid the wastage of Chemical) • Dispose the waste water in the W/C and flush it.
