Introduction • Strategic information, in all of its forms, is fundamental to understanding the epidemic and the response • History has shown divergent efforts among governments, Global Fund, and PEPFAR in same country • Success is dependent on a new model of collaboration and integration, both at HQ and in-country Country WashDC Geneva
