  2. Who is affected? • Domestic violence does NOT discriminate • 1 in 4 Women • 1,300,000 annually • 1 in 14 Men • 835,000 annually • 2 million injuries • 1,300 deaths

  3. Why does it matter to us? • Women ages 16-24 experience HIGHEST per capita rate of intimate partner violence • 21% report experiencing dating violence • 13%report being forced to have sex by a partner • ¼female college students are assaulted
