These slides contain some different ways of modelling benefits. • They are included to help a programme manager select an appropriate method to demonstrate the types of benefit and/or the way in which benefits relate to the projects being undertaken. • Slides 6 and 7 demonstrate the range of benefits that might be utilised in a programme and the way in which the amount of control and benefit risk relates to them. • These slides support the material used in NHS Programme Management Learning, Developing PPM Capability, People in Programmes, Module C: Sharing & Maintaining a Vision
