NEWSLETTER LUNA MARTIE 2011 = MATERIALE PIEZOELECTRICE PENTRU CONTROLUL CALITATII SI SECURITATII ALIMENTELOR (PIM-FCS) = MNT 7-027/2010 Rezultate intermediare: Monocristale de SiO2:Ge obtinute prin metoda hidrotermala Imagini AFM si TEM pentru monocristale de SiO2:Ge obtinute prin metoda hidrotermala Monocristale de SiO2:Sn obtinute prin metoda hidrotermala si spectrele de difractie aferente, respectiv imaginea TEM 1). S-au obtinut prin metoda hidrotermala la presiuni si temperaturi inalte atat monocristale de cuart dopate cu germaniu, cat si monocristale de cuart dopate cu staniu; 2). Monocristalele obtinute au fost caracterizate d.p.d.v. structural observandu-se astfel, structura unica, de -cuart. 3). Pe baza acestor rezultate, in continuare se va alege materialul cu proprietati adecvate pentru a realiza senzorii piezoelectrici pentru dispozitivele bio-senzitive. Martie 2011
