Gallery of experts procedure • Choose a partner - someone you don’t know well • Interview your partner for 5 minutes. Find out: name to be known by, family situation, work position, professional goals, social interests, secret ambition • Write up the information on the sheet provided • After the first person is interviewed and the chart complete the pair should change roles • The facilitator will take a polaroid photo of each participant • As the charts are completed stick them on the wall with the photos attached • When the interviews are finished, each person will introduce their partner to the group, one minute for each introduction. After hours committee Functions: • Prepare a programme of social activities together with the liaison trainer • Prepare a programme of “non-social” activities at which participants can present information about their projects. Evaluation committee Functions: • Hand out and collect session evaluation forms (provided by the course organizers) at the end of each session • Compile the session evaluations every day in collaboration with course staff • Bring any major problems identified in the evaluation forms to the attention of the trainers.
