3. Key Features • User-friendly, well structured application design using MVC architecture • Extensive search functionality • Attach multiple documents: up to 7 documents per tender. Document can be added deleted at anytime • User control and flexibility – can amend Ad content, closing date at any time • Ad Status: Change Advert status at any time – “Activated”, “Restricted”, “Suspended”, “Closed” • Secure – registration confirmation via email, distinction of roles, approval of users by admin • Restrict viewing: for closed tenders/ post shortlist • Ad admin: user can view and manage all ad for their company and change

Overview of functionality • Visitors – contractors/suppliers/consultants • Prospective bidders view list of all tenders offered • Visitors can search tenders list by company, category, or any other descriptive search word. • Visitors can insert secret token provided by Client to view restricted/nonpublic tenders. • Visitors click ad hyperlink on list page to view details of ad • Visitors download ‘invitation to tender’ document or any other document posted by client
