Who • The opportunity for online education has made college more accessible for students with either full time jobs, busy family lives or other circumstances such as a physical handicaps that may prevent them from attending a conventional class. • More and more colleges such as ODU for example are offering degree programs which do not require all students to attend classes at the actual campus itself.
Digital Passports • Law passed requiring biometrics on digital passports • Visa waiver program • Biometrics • digital facial recognition • digital finger scan • iris scans
Url and IP database filtering problems and disadvantages: • Requires regular updating, as internet is continuously changing. • Uncategorized sites are either all blocked or all made available. • Requires extra storage space. (50 to 100 megabytes) • Latency - creates bottleneck on networks which effects performance and productivity. • Method causes most problems in regards to over blocking. • Cases in which websites share domains, blocking one site blocks all on domain. • Blocks only specific pages within a site which contain inappropriate material thus defeating purpose of bandwidth conservation.
Benefits continued: • Students who have learning disabilities • 3 million students involved • Keeping up with non-disabled peers

Conclusion For reasons of discrimination, security, and dependability, the U.S. government should not implement a nationwide database just to expedite access for all medical personnel.
