  22. Chapter (6) …. Machinery, equipment &fixtures

  23. Machinery, equipment and fixtures: is characterized by the existence of simple equipment and tools can be easily used in addition to the cheap, which makes fixed investment value of the project began at low activity. The following tables show the technical specifications of equipment and machinery needed by this project.

  24. The supplies required service:  The project needs to 2200 volts of electricity. The project needs to provide a source of clean water for cleaning operations with the availability of good ventilation and drainage and the monthly cost of the service requirements of 10000 pounds.

  25. Chapter (7) …. Line of preparation

  26. Line for the preparation of dates: The process of preparation by the following sequence of dates:- 1-Clean air dates :After unloading boxes of dates within the tank made of stainless steel and supplied with the possibility of degree of vibration control to ensure the

  27. Discharge by the quantity to be transported. Is discharge to the conveyor is made of stainless steel to ensure the transfer of dirt around the compound for vibration during suction with the possibility of dust into the room of dust so as to ensure non-scattering dust during the work device .

  28. 2- The hand count: It carried out during the course of dimensions of productivity change in turn required . 3- Laundry:This is done through the conveyor is made of stainless steel to ensure that product out of the parties and you can control power to pump liquid through the pump, especially for this purpose .

  29. 4-Drying : Drying is carried through a tunnel equipped with a series for the transfer of product is made of stainless steel with variable speed drive system and thermal drying is carried out by the distribution of hot air inside the dryer to ensure full coherence with the temperature inside the holes of standard to control the direction of the air .

  34. Chapter (8) …. Financial Study

  35. Employment :

  36. The Expected Budgets For The Capital Recycle at The First Three Months:

  37. Computing Break Even Point : Owner’s equity = 1,000,000 L.E Required rate of return = 50 % from owner’s equity S.P/U = 10 L.E &V.C/U = 4 L.E Gross profit = (S – V)\S = (10-4)\10 = 0.6 C.M % = 60 % Fixed Cost : Salaries 18,000 L.E / month Marketing 1,500 L.E / month H . L . P 1,000 L.E / month

  38. Total Fixed Cost 20,500 L.E / month Break Even Point in Unit = T.F.C / C.M B.E.P = 20,500 / 6 = 3,417 units Break Even Point in L.E = T.F.C / C.M% = 20,500 / 60% = 34,167 L.E /month B.E.P.in L.E / day = 34,167 / 30 = 1,139 L.E / day -There for we must buy 114k.g in the day to reach the break even point = 1,139\10 = 114 k.g

  39. Sales level in l.e to achieve the required rate of return : = ( T.F.C + R.R.R ) / C.M % = ( 20,500 + 41,667 ) / 60% = 103 ,611 R.R.R = ( 1,000,000 * 50% ) / 12 = 41,667 / month There for must selling 345 k.g to achieve more profit: 103,611 / 30 day = 3,454 L.E / day L.E/Price = 3454/10 = 345 K. g / day
