What we have to offer • Exclusivity for UAI students in our pocket recruitment. • UAI students would only have to compete with other UAI students. • Integrate those that are selected into our programme into a worldwide network of highly successful AIESEC alumni, that includes ex heads of states and CEOs of mayor companies • Establish the UAI brand worldwide. That would take place by international companies getting to know recent UAI graduates in each and every corner of the world.
4.Internships in markets such as India and China. Opportunities can be found from places such as California to places such as Iran. • Internships can take place in a company (MT) or an NGO (DT). There are also Technical internships for Industrial engineers as well as educational internships for those interested. • Minimum internship period is of 2 months. • Most internships have a duration of 2-3 months, or 6 months. The maximum period of an internship is of 18 months.
d. Service fees for DTs is of 0 euros. Service fees for MTs is of 300 euros paid by the student. Half of it is paid in front. The rest is paid once the internships is realized.(student goes to his internship) • e. All internships but DTs are paid internships in an amount that covers the living costs of the city where the internship takes place. • f. DT’s internships only include, at least, accommodation.
5. The world renowned and recognized AIESEC experience. • 6. The association of UAI with the world renowned AIESEC brand.
What does the AIESEC experience include? • Integration into our local committee. Either in Viña del Mar, or Santiago. • Multicultural environment. Diversity. • Participation in national and international AIESEC congresses and conferences. • Taking responsibilities which may vary depending in the area of interest of the student. This might include: • Organizing projects of branding. • Organizing national conferences. • Negotiating with CEO of mayor Chilean companies. • The AIESEC experience finalizes in an internship. Internships include real responsibilities. Such responsibilities that aren’t provided in national companies.
What we require • Presence of AIESEC in some of Visionarios activities. • The AIESEC and UAI partnership should be formal. • Mentorship and learning circles for our members by the UAI. • Support and promotion of AIESEC in the UAI.
