  4. What were the STRENGTHS of today’s assessment? • Broad representation from participants • Quality discussions • Diverse perspectives • Passion and energy in the room • Good and thorough planning/well organized • Inclusive • Strong facilitation • Engaging process • Health equity focus

What were the WEAKNESSES of today’s assessment? • Questions were confusing/too specific and/or too general • Lack of prior or technical knowledge • Lots of material to cover • Time constraints – wished for more discussion • Complex process – difficult to understand at first • Large groups • Too long
