Some key questions • How can ITU-T integrate another body’s text in its Recommendation? • By reference • By integrating all, or part, of the other body’s text, with or without modifications • Need to make sure that other body is “qualified”, in particular with respect to IPR policy GSC-18, 22-23 July 2014, Sophia Antipolis
