What is an EMS Subscription Service? An EMS subscription service is a program designed to help the citizens of our city defray their out-of-pocket expenses, such as health insurance co-payments and deductibles when they need emergencyambulance transportation. This subscription program is designed to work together with the City’s EMS Revenue Recovery Program which obtains reimbursement for emergency medical ambulance transport costs.
City of Franklin’s EMS Subscription Service How will it work? Subscribers insurance, Medicare/Medicaid or any other insurances are billed for services rendered, then if there is any balance due and the citizen is enrolled in our subscription service the charges would be covered. Note: All potential subscribers to this program should check with their health insurance carrier to determine if this program is right for them.
City of Franklin’s EMS Subscription Service What is the cost to Citizens? For $60.00 a year, a subscriber may enroll all members of his or her household. This subscription service will cover only the individuals listed on the application form, who reside at the listed address. The EMS Subscription Service will run from January 1st to December 31st of each year. Current subscribers must complete new application each year by December 31st in order to keep their subscription to this service.
