  4. Mission To provide resources used for guidance and reference in the set-up and/or maintenance of Systems & Site Parameters in VistA and associated programs

  5. Accomplished in FY 2010 • Outpatient Pharmacy Site Parameters Manual Also provided a combined site parameter listing (consisting of 18 sites participating) • Drug Enter/Edit Manual

  6. Accomplishments in FY 2011 Completed the following reference manuals: • Unit Dose Site Parameters • IV Supervisor Menu and Site Parameters • Clozapine Pharmacy Manager Menu • CMOP Site Manager Menu • Auto Replenishment Supervisor Menu • Controlled Substances Supervisor Menu • ScripTalk

  7. Other Accomplishments • Presented our poster at National Pharmacy Meeting in Denver, April 2011 and at the Pharmacy Informatics East Coast Meeting, May 2011 • SharePoint site was created http://vaww.infoshare.va.gov/sites/vapharmacyinformatics/SPWMain/default.aspx

  8. Goals for FY 2012 • Pharmacy Data Management (PDM) • Medication Routes • MOCHA (how to set up dosages, mapping, etc.) • Suggestions ??

  9. Future Plans and Directions • Continue to post completed manuals on the SharePoint site • Create manuals for other topics • Develop standardized method of answering questions from the field • Continue to update manuals based on new functionality and update SharePoint as necessary
