Meet the NYFTA Leadership Vincent (Vinny) A. Mangual Logistics & Culinary Development Vinny is the NYFTA logistics & culinary master, making all our events run smoothly. Before joining the team, Vinny served as Executive Sous Chef at Dean & Deluca, Whole Foods, and Fresh Direct. Ben Goldberg Founder & CEO Ben founded the NYFTA in 2016 and makes it all happen. A former food truck owner & lifelong entrepreneur, Ben’s worked with the world’s top brands to produce thousands of food truck events and promotions since 2010. David Botbol Business Development Manager David Botbol has a strong background in sales and developing early stage companies. Prior to working for the NYFTA, David worked as Biz Dev. Manager for two different technology startups in Israel where he also earned an MBA that focused on strategy and business development for SMB.

Custom Build-out: Ralph’s Coffee Client: Ralph Lauren Project Name: Ralph’s Coffee Launch Project Timeline: 4 months Locations: 25 Total Served: 10,000 Ralph Lauren wanted to create an unforgettable launch for their new coffee brand, Ralph’s Roast. We planned and executed the entire campaign - from fabricating a vintage gourmet food truck, to providing brand ambassadors & permits during New York Fashion Week. Corporate Event: Delta Airlines Project Name: Bi-annual Delta Employee Appreciation Location: JFK International Airport Total Served: 2,500 Trucks: 4 Twice a year, Delta Airlines rewards their employees with a complimentary food truck lunch coordinated by the NYFTA. Flight crews from all over the country flew in to enjoy food from four gourmet trucks at JFK Airport, offering Vegetarian, Vegan, and Kosher cuisine options. Branded Promotion: A&E Networks Client: Civic Entertainment / A&E Networks Project Name: A&E Fall & Spring Upfronts Trucks: 9 Days: 1 Locations: 9 Total Served: 2,000 Working hand-in-hand with Civic Entertainment for a second year, we planned and executed a mobile brand activation to promote A&E’s fall and spring lineup upfronts. Project Name: #HolidayIsHappening 2017 Days: 3 Locations: 12 stops in Manhattan, including the New York Stock Exchange Total Served: 2,500+ Twitter partnered with the NYFTA to literally “roll out” their 1st-ever holiday insights campaign, #HolidayIsHappening. Targeted at 15 different advertising agencies in Manhattan, the #HolidayIsHappening truck served hot cocoa & coffee and offered agency participants a chance to spin a prize wheel to win trending prizes, ranging from a fidget spinner to an Apple Watch!
