Evaluation Procedure for INCO ProposalsSpecific targeted research projects (STREP) and coorodination actions (CA) • Submission of proposal due to time and date indicated in the Call for Proposals • Proposal is complete • Minimum number of partners required • Section B.1 of INCO-Proposal is anonymous (STREPS and Coordination Actions)

Evaluation Procedure for INCO ProposalsSpecific targeted research projects (STREP) and coorodination actions (CA) • One-stage anonymous evaluation procedure in two steps • First Step (scientific evaluation): • Experts from any country chosen to their thematic competence • Evaluation of all relevant criteria, especially the scientific and technical quality of the proposal • Submission to step 2: those proposals having met the relevant thresholds Workprogramme SP1 chapter 10.7 ‚Complementary information on the evaluation procedure‘

Evaluation Procedure for INCO ProposalsSpecific targeted research projects (STREP) and coorodination actions (CA) Only those proposals having met all thresholds of the scientific and the regional evaluation are likely to be retained for funding Specific Support Measures (SSA) are evaluated in a one stage procedure. No anonymity required

  13. International CooperationConsortium • Balanced partnerships of European and Third Country researchers with regard to work packages and budget • Financial and administrative Coordinator in Europe • Inclusion of Third Countries in the management of the proposal
