eBusiness transactions must satisfy 5 conditions • Authentication- is the user who he she says they are. • Authorisation-is the user authorised to access the information. • Confidentiality- can the user be guaranteed that whatever he or she does to the information is done in confidence. • Integrity-can we guarantee that no unathorised changes are made to the information. • Non Repudiation-The sender and receiver can be contractually bound by the transaction and cannot refute the transaction.
