  3. Battery charger Q : When my battery is completely discharged (i.e. drained flat of charge) it does not seem to respond when I try to charge it using a USB cable connected to my PC. What should I do? A :Please charge your devices battery using the Travel adaptor suppliedwith your GT-I9250 device. Please ensure that you use the adaptor supplied with your device as this is rated to supply 1.0 Ampere of current. This is higher than those used with older models e.g. those supplied with GT-I9000 rated at 0.7 Amperes.

  4. Use of Micro SIM adaptor Q. Can I use a Micro SIM card using a Micro SIM adaptor with my GT-I9250? No. Your device was primarily designed to use the MINI SIM card format. If your device was supplied with a Micro SIM card adaptor and you have difficulty inserting the adaptor with a Micro SIM fitted, do not force it into the SIM card slot of your device. Micro SIM card adaptor – Please do not use. Ask your Operator for advice on how to obtain a MINI SIM card for your device
