I am trying to schedule a new client for an appointment, but the program does not show up in the drop down box under client program. What should I do? Prior to scheduling an appointment, the consumer must be enrolled in a program. You can follow these steps to add a program: • Go to the client’s ECR • Click show menu • Choose Program History from the General Information menu • Select add program • Choose the organization and program to which you would like to add the client and submit
