Stage 1by 2004 (Complete) • New Vapour Emission Control System (Combustor) • Upgrade Acrylate Storage Tanks (10 tanks) to have: • Under tank liner for leak detection • New dock lines and hard piped exchange areas • Sealed truck loading systems and cast steel pumps with double mechanical seals • High pressure alarms

Stage 2 by 2008 50% of flammable/hazardous tanks to have: (60% actually done) • Tank renovations including foundations where required (16 tanks) • Under tank liner for leak detection (16 tanks) • Hard piped exchange areas (all complete) • New piping systems, cast steel pumps and sealed truck loading systems (all complete) • High pressure alarms (all complete)

  4. Stage 3 by 2012 Remaining 50% of flammable/hazardous tanks to have: • Tank renovations including foundations where required • Under tank liner for leak detection • Hard piped exchange areas • New piping systems, cast steel pumps and sealed truck loading systems • High pressure alarms • Installation of impermeable liner to tank bunds and bund walls (Plant C done)

  5. Plans for 2009 • Tank renovations and under tank liner for leak detection for 3 tanks (1 done already) • Install new fill lines to all remaining tanks • Remove existing carbon beds and replace with static carbon bed • Replace old boilers unmanned system
