    2. 2 DCSM MISSION The Directorate of Casualty Support Management is a national organization that provides oversight and coordination leading to standardized and harmonized application of policies and delivery of multi-facetted programs to ensure support for the CF community.

    7. 7 Highlight the fact that the partner organizations could be scaled and they only apply to the 8 Regional Elements for validation prior to being mapped out to the IPSCs. Program Delivery: Support Platoon for injured and ill Return to Work (RTW) program coordination and standardization Casualty support outreach & education Casualty tracking Casualty administration and advocacy Collaborative Partnerships: On an incremental basis, commencing with staff at selected IPSCs within each region, the following will be added: CFH Svcs Case Managers (9 positions) PSP – Adapted Physical Fitness Managers (8 positions) Military Family Services Counsellors ($885K for 8 pers and O&M) SISIP transition counsellors ($380K fee for service) While the submission includes the cost of the potential expansion of these services to all IPSCs by FY 10/11, this requirement will be validated in FY 09/10 BP.
