  9. Congratulations Hoover Winter Athlete’s • This is the first time the Girls Basketball team has made the playoffs since 2005. • They play Christian atHome TONIGHT at 7pm against Christian HS. • Come out and support the girls run to a CIF Championship!! .

  10. Congratulations Hoover Winter Athlete’s The Boys Soccer team received the #3 seed earning the team a bye in the 1st round of the playoffs. They will play at Hoover on Saturday March 1st against the winner of the SD Jewish Academy vs Lincoln game. Game time is 5pm

Congratulations Hoover Winter Athletes • The Boys Basketball team received the #5 seed in the new Open Division of the CIF Playoffs. • This division has the top 8 teams in San Diego playing against each other to determine who has is the best team in San Diego. • They play Saturday March 1st against Torrey Pines HS. Tipoff is set for 7pm.

Congratulations Hoover Winter Athletes • CONGRATULATIONS to Hoover wrestler Kenny Moore for placing second at the CIF Division II Championships last Saturday at Westview HS at 152 lbs., and to Terry Booker who finished 7th at 126. • Both wrestlers qualified to compete this Friday and Saturday at the SD Masters tournament at Mission Hills HS in San Marcos for a chance to qualify to go to the state tournament.Coach Hoskisson
