Bulgarian Technical Legislation and Standardisation Policy Bulgaria's trade relations with other participant countries (1) • With Albania – Bulgaria applies the bilateral Free Trade Agreement; • With Croatia - Bulgaria applies the arrangements under the CEFTA in line with the Agreement for Accession of Croatia to CEFTA; • With Bosnia and Herzegovina – the bilateral Free Trade Agreement has been signed on 16.10.2003; Ministry of Economy/ State Agency for Metrology and Technical Surveillance
