Resolve the problem can not open ISTA-P

From 2015, the diagnose & program software BMW ISTA ( ISID) were installed on WIN7 or WIN8. They are independent programs based on those operation system and the ISTA-P must be started by ISTA-P loader. Some customer met problem of starting the ISTA-P and laptop says “ the screen resolution is not insufficient to run this application.”, photo as below:

  2. The reason of this problem is the resolution of the ISTA-P is not match to the one of your laptop. How to resolve the problem and get the ista-p to run? Read below: 1. Firstly, you have to find and remember the resolution of your laptop. For example, the resolution of my laptop is 1280 x 720 2. And then, open your ISTA-P. It will show the ISTA-P LOARDER to you. There is a button named RESET SETTINGS. Double click it and you will find how to adjust the resolution of ISTA-P. Set it to the one same as your laptop and restart ISTA-P loader and then you will find you can start ISTA-P without any problem.
