Spread the Message of VBS and Let God work • Existing donors: monthly update letter from Exec Director. • Large donors ( >$500) personal contact from Exec Director 3 times per year. Increase donation by 20% each year. • Consider faith based marketing firm for direct mail solicitation. • Ministry partners: contact 92 per year. • Increase first time givers by 25% each year. • Seek four sponsoring churches by 2016. • Look for opportunities to preach at local churches to give a “taste” of VSB. • Create position for development officer.
