  2. 2nd University phase Guad 8:Week 5 Objectives Developing a COWP Pride Work Plan Directors/Supervisors week Presenting Pride Campaign Project Plans Getting ready to go back home and start campaigning!!! BONUS: Participating on REDLAC annual meeting (Latin American Funds Network)

  3. After a hard work on Mini campaign… The job was not done yet

  4. Monday, November 8th H12O participated on REDLACs cocktail where CMs not only practiced their elevator speech…

  5. ...also practiced their social marketing skills to show REDLAC members what Pride CMs do better... All of us are unique, but all of us water we need Designs of t shirts, banners, stickers & mirror displays created by Guad 8 CMs and showed at event

  6. Drafting a Pride Work Plan (no COWP any more thanks god) Next day SMART objectives, RACI, Budget, timeframe, 2,000 posters, 500 t-shirts, 1 costume, 2,000 calendars, 20 Pride festivals, 10 murals, volunteer club, 300 caps, 400 aprons, 150 farmers sustainable manuals, 2,000 stickers, 20 banners, 3 radio spots, 1 radio magazine, mmm what more else? Ah! a Pride song, 20 street theater shows, 5 visits to the site, 10 ARA workshops, negotiation processes with mayors… oh my god! It´s a lot… HELP!!

  7. Director/Supervisor Week 8 of 11 directors and supervisors travel to Guadalajara to deep dive on their campaigns and share quality time with their CMs

  8. Supervisors, CMs and LA RARE Staff Participatedon a Latin American café todiscuss a potential regional Network

  9. Finally, supervisors did Project Plan Presentations (what a better way to generate buy in from them)

  10. And a very good ORID to say good bye Whish you the best H12O

  11. Oh yes, wehad a final fut bol match Supervisors & Training Manager: 8 CMs & PPMs: 8 Great game!

  12. And of course a Latino good bye Fiesta!

  13. With lots of tacos…. These tacos are so great, I am gonna miss them, snif! H12O you are going to do great!
