Obtuse angle An angle that has a measure more than 90° and less than 180°.
Ray • A geometric figure that begins at an endpoint and extends forever in one direction.
equilateral Having all sides congruent.
Zero angle An angle whose measure is zero degrees
Acute angle An angle that has a measure less than 90°
rectangle A quadrilateral with 4 right angle.
Line of semitry A line on which a figure can be folded so that the two halves match exactly.
Cube A solid figure that has six square faces of equal size.
cone A solid figure that has a circular base and comes to a point called the vortex. Not that cone!
Congruent figures Figures that have the same size and shape.
Cylinder A solid figure with two congruent circular or elliptical faces and one curved surface.
Flip To reflect a figure over a line. The size and shape of the figure remain the same.
Hexagonal prsim Prism: A solid figure with two parallel congruent bases, and rectangles or parallelograms for faces. A prism is named by the shape of its bases.
