Co-staining with transfection marker DETAILS • 100x objective, 2x zoom, 2x integration and 2x fast scan • Black PMT = 100 • Prohibitin PMT = 2600 • ATPsynthase PMT = 2400 • Green channel = prohibitin or ATP synthase • Red channel = IGFR, NK1R, C9 • Stacks were acquired with 0.3um z increments • NO image processing has been applied to the following images—they are completely raw, straight from the microscope
