Program Executive Summary • Bruner Corporation is pleased to present a OSFC Design Manual Compliant program that meets the State of Ohio criteria for H.B. 264 maintenance and operational savings’ programs and the Ohio Energy Loan Fund Program • The program is designed to reduce Vermilion Local School’s energy and operational costs while providing extensive facility and operational improvements along with a long-term maintenance plan • Follow-up plan and communication

Summary of VLS School Upgrades • Lake Building (YMCA): Replace North End boilers, Pumps, Controls and Automation • VIS: Replace North End Boilers, Pumps, Roof over Cafeteria, Lighting, Door Installation, Controls and Automation • High School: Replace 6 RTU’s, Automation for Emergency Notification, Restroom Upgrades, Gymnasium Lighting, Lighting Sensors and Automation • Sailorway MS: AHU Upgrade, Pavement, Door Installation, Lighting, Lighting Sensors, Restroom Upgrades and Automation • Administration: Automation • South Street ES: New Windows, Door Installation, Restroom Upgrades, Tuck pointing, Gymnasium Lighting and Automation • High School Football Stadium: New Stadium Lighting, New Track Lighting, New Power Supply for all Buildings, Egress Lighting, Primary Switching for Baseball Field and Sound System
