  4. Getting things sorted Next you grate the carrot chop the capsicum ,cucumber. and peel off the skin of the avocado plus take out the seed

  5. Ready to roll After that spread the rice in fractions and put the capsicum in the middle of the rice the carrot on the left and the avocado on the right

  6. At the finish Finally get your bamboo rolling mat and Roll
