Includes three groups – IndividualContributor A (ICA), Individual Contributor B (ICB) and People Manager(PM). Group Accident Insurance Policy Joining Agilent • All eligible employees will be covered by the policy from Day 1 of employment with Agilent. • The policy will be processed by the India HR department and Agilent will bear the full premium. • It is applicable only in the cases of accidents. • In case an employee meets with an accident, he/she may apply either for ‘vacation/ sick’ leave or ‘no pay’ leave for the said period. • In case the employee applies for ‘no pay’ leave, he/ she will receive compensation from the insurance company (as calculated by the insurance company).
