Your Homework Assignment • Begin to think about developing your own personal design aesthetic. • Bring in one example of a graphic design that you think we could use as inspiration for design in this year’s book. • Katie will begin the inspiration book tomorrow.
Brainstorming and Log in • Get into small groups to brainstorm your goals for this year’s yearbook • Have one member of each group be a scribe • We will continue with this tomorrow • If time allows, we can start getting our log in names for the course website, www.yearbookavenue.com. • By tomorrow’s class, we should all have these so we can begin to learn how to use the program that will create our yearbook.
Goals for B, C, and F Day • Make sure everyone has a log in • Begin organizing inspiration binder • Begin to develop and define our aesthetic • Learn some of the basics of the program • Share our goals
