  3. Imotoengu-Mercedes yayizaikhuphukangomgwaqo. A Mercedes came driving up the road.

  4. Umshayeliweloliwayekhuluma • kumakhalekhukhwini. The truck driver was talking on his cellphone.

  5. Wayengabhekile • emgwaqeni. He was not looking at the road.

  6. Kwaba khonaokukhulu • ukushayisana. There was a big accident.

  7. I-ambulensinamaphoyisa bezaukuzosiza. An ambulance and the police came to help.

  8. Kwafikaamaloliamabiliadonsaizimoto. Adonsakokubiliimotoencaneneloli. Two tow trucks came. They towed the truck and the car.

  9. Ngethuka. I was shocked.
