AGENCY & PERSONNEL COMMITMENT MOU Signed by Chief and Member Training 2nd Wednesday of the Month One session during the day 0900-1200 Second session during the night 1900-2100 Location rotated or based on training logistics Saturday/Sunday Sessions Approximately 4 Saturday / Sunday sessions will be scheduled annually Replaces Wednesday monthly training Normally schedule 1 per quarter

  6. AGENCY & PERSONNEL COMMITMENT • Monthly Truck/Equipment Checks •  Held on the 1st Tuesday and 3rd Thursday of the month • Time and locations rotated • MABAS Standard • 80% Attendance • Annual Hazmat Physicals • Departments pick up cost

  9. RESPONSE LEVELS Level 1 Hazmat On-call hazmat Squad (red, white, blue, or green) Closest Hazmat Truck (Hazmat 1-1 or Hazmat 1-2) Hazmat Tender (Hazmat 1-3)

  10. RESPONSE LEVELS Level 2 Hazmat Level 1 response plus the following:  Next due hazmat squad RRT Truck (Hazmat 1-4) Troy Field Communications Unit (FCU) Mobile Command Post

  11. RESPONSE LEVELS Level 3 Hazmat  Level 2 response plus the following: Additional hazmat squads will be rotated each operational period Remaining hazmat truck (Hazmat 1-1 or 1-2) may be called 2nd Command post for the staging area Outside hazmat or regional response teams may be called
